This course, focuses on controlled communications - a set of Non-Media Communication Techniques used in public relations. Participants will learn the basics of research, writing articles and speeches. By analyzing case studies, trainees will be able to acquire skills in conducting communications assessments to determine the effectiveness of existing Public Relations schemes and recommend improvements to programs. Participants will also learn how to plan and manage the production of public relations materials, cost estimation and budgeting.
This course focuses on how to develop public relations to become better business leaders, and take a more comprehensive approach that can be called "Reputation Management". The course will also focus on how to develop organizational, managerial and brand contacts so that a consistent value-based approach can be found that can be aligned with the brand strategy.
