Research has proven that emotional intelligence has a significant impact on the effectiveness of leadership. Recent research and studies have shown that emotional intelligence and relationship management skill have the ability to predict the effectiveness of leadership and the use of creative style in leadership and have a positive relationship to creative leadership.
