This course presents a training course on the major and advanced Internet skills to whosoever aims to develop his skills in the field of Networks and Internet and to develop his business to access the whole world through Internet.
Internet connects millions of private and public networks in academic, governmental and business institutions. Internet is either local or international.It is connected with various techniques using copper wires, optical fibers or wireless connectors. These networks are different regarding their structure technically and administratively. Networks may be isolated from each other. Regarding their operation, neither network depends on the other. Nowadays, Internet transmits enormous data and services. The most popular among them is the disseminated text pages on Internet. It also transmits other services and applications such as post services and instant conversations, transmission of files, audio communication…etc. Internet relies upon networks design included in the simple design science. Internet appeared in 1969 when ARPANET Project was carried out by U.S. Department of Defense to assist the American Army via Computer Networks and connect between universities and research institutions to make the best use of computation abilities of the available computers.
