Why Attend

This course presents this training course in (Legal Systems of HR and Personnel Affairs), to all Legal, HR, and Insurance professionals who wish to acquire advanced skills in the management of Personnel Affairs, Retirement Law, & Social Insurance and the legal procedures in the Employment and Insurance Sector.

The Disciplinary Authority of the manager or employer means the right to discipline personnel working for them in case they violate the obligations imposed by law and the duties under the contract of employment, or any provisions provided for in the Corporate Policies and Regulations.
