This course offers a course on employee performance evaluation and performance model evaluation for anyone who wishes to add and update information on how to perform the role of customer evaluation offices and the foundations that are adopted.

Success in large companies is not the result of individual work or the skill of a specific person within the company, but rather it is an integrated work and the combined efforts of all employees within the company and various departments. Any defect that may occur in the work of any of the company's administrative, executive or supervisory departments will be reflected in the overall performance. Therefore, it is very necessary for employees within employee evaluation offices to monitor the entire work mechanism that takes place within the company in order to control any defect and support any development within the company.
