Our public training courses are open to participants from any organization. They run on announced dates in different cities and are delivered by specialised experts in a practical, interactive style.

Courses on announced dates — a clear annual schedule of cities and dates that lets you plan ahead — where participants from different organizations and sectors enrich discussion and experience sharing, and every participant who completes a course receives a certificate from the institute.

Registration terms
Frequent nomination	Organizations that nominate participants regularly receive a special discount when nominating 10 or more participants during the year.
Confirmation	A registration is confirmed once the invoice is issued.
Payment	Fees are settled before the course starts by bank transfer or credit card.
Cancellation	Cancellation up to 5 working days before the course is free of charge.
Substitution	After that, a substitute participant may attend or the registration can be moved to a later date.
No-show	No-shows are charged in full.
